Recipe>
1. Quaker oat (blend; 1cup)
2. All purpose flour (½ cup)
3. Warm water (¼ cup)
4. Salt (1tsp)
PROCEDURES>
(*step1*) Get a clean bowl;
Mix the Quaker oat, flour and salt.
Slowly pour in your warm water (bit by bit) mix and incorporate all together until a dough is form.
Once the dough is formed; knead for 3-5mins. Set aside.
(*Step2*) Sprinkle some blended Quaker oat on a smooth surface and knead again
Cut out dough into equal size(s) (4, 6, 8 or 10)
Roll out each dough until it completely flat.
(On medium low heat) Heat up the pan and place the dough
Allow to develop brown spot before flipping (30-40secs on each side).
Serve your Quaker oat flat bread with and any sauce of your choice.
