HOW TO MAKE CAMEROON PANCAKES πŸͺπŸͺ

 Recipe>

1. All purpose flour (2cups)


2. Milk, 1cup (warm)


4. Sugar (½ cup) 


5. Nutmeg or vanilla essence


6. Eggs (3)


7. Veg. oil


8. salt (pinch)


PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Get a clean bowl; Mix the dry ingredient (flour, sugar, nutmeg and salt).


Add your milk, veg.oil (1tsp) mix and combined together.


(*Step2*) After mixing, whisks the eggs and pour into your batter; 


Incorporate all together (you can add water if needed).


(*Step3*) Grease your pan with veg.oil or butter; 

(on a medium low heat).


Add your batter (with a measure cup or spoon), allow to cook through for some minutes before flipping to the other side.


**Or you can add your batter into the pan without greasing it;


**(most importantly is to allow your batter to cook through before flipping, so you don't mess it up)

Once it turns brown.


Cameroon pancake is ready!.


Fold and serve in a plate.


*Drizzle some hot chocolate on it with fruits by the side*.
