Recipe>
1. Chicken breast (cut into small chunks)
2. Liquid milk (½ cup)
2. Corn starch (¼ tsp)
3. Flour(¼ cup)
4..Chicken spices
5. Chilli pepper/ pepper flakes
6. Ginger& garlic (paste or powder)
7. Cubes
8. Veg.oil
7. Salt.
PROCEDURES>
(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl;
Spice your chicken with some salt, chicken spice, cube, chili pepper, ginger and garlic
Stir and combined together.
(*Step 2*) Pour the milk into the spiced chicken
Marinate for 30mins. Set aside.
(*Step 3*) Get another bowl, combined the flour and corn starch;
Add some salt and the rest of the spices.
Mix thoroughly.
(*Step 4*) Pick the chicken cube(s) from *step 2* (after 30mins), one after the other, and coat with flour mixture
Dip inside the spicy milk chicken again.
And coat with flour mixture for the second time
*Repeat the same process for all*
Spread them out in a tray.
Fry your chicken popcorn (once the oil is hot)
On medium low heat until it turn golden brown.
