HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SAUSAGES

Recipe>

1. Chicken (boneless, cube sizes 1kg)


2. Chicken pepper (1tsp)


3. Melted butter (2tsp)


4. Lemon juice (1½tsp)


5. Ginger and garlic paste (1tsp)


6. Onions (chopped)


7. Red chili powder (½ tsp)


8. Coriander powder (½ tsp)


9. Green chili (chopped)


10. Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed ½ tsp)


11. Vinegar (1tsp)


12. Fresh coriander (handful)


13. Salt (1/2tsp)



PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Inside your food processor/blender;

Add the boneless chicken, melted butter, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, onions, red chili, green chili, coriander powder, cumin seed, fresh coriander, chicken pepper and vinegar.

Blend all together.


(*Step2*) Pour the mixture into a clean bowl;

Scoop out some portion with a measure spoon into a cling plastic wrap (use good quality)

Roll it up; form a sausage shape (do the same for the rest chicken mixture.


(*Step3*) After rolling, make sure to tie well at the both edges.

Put all the chicken wrap(s) inside the boiling water (on medium low heat)

Allow to cook through for 8-10mins.


(*Step4*) After boiling, transfer the chicken sausage wrap(s) into a chilled water and allow to settle for 5mins

Unwrap each of the chicken sausage wrap(s);


*NB* Put inside a zip nylon (can be stored inside a freezer for up to 1month)


(*Step5*) For immediate consumption; 

After unwrapping the chicken sausage, place your frying pan on medium low heat

Add some veg.oil to grease the pan;

Add your chicken sausage and allow to fry until golden brown (make sure you’re there to turn it from time to time)

*NB* Can be served with bread (divide your bread, in the middle; add your chicken sausage, slice cucumber, slice tomato, and mayonnaise).
