Recipe>
1. Flour (2cups)
2. Butter
3. Sugar (1/2cup)
4. Coconut milk (1cup)
5. Desiccated coconut
6. Baking powder(½ tsp)
7. Egg (1 or 2)
8. Salt (pinch)
PROCEDURES>
(*Step1*) Sieve the flour in a clean bowl;
Add the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
(*Step2*) In another clean bowl;
Mix the sugar and butter together;
Add beaten egg(s) and mixed thoroughly.
Add the coconut milk and dedicated coconut
(*Step3*) Add the flour (bit by bit) from *step1*
Mix and combined together to form dough.
Paste the dough on a smooth surface;
Roll it out (not thick/thin)
(*Step4*) Cut with your pizza cutter/ knife/ cookie cutter (different shapes of your choice)
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20mins.
