HOW TO MAKE CORN DOG SAUSAGES

 Recipe

1. Flour (¼ cup)


2. Corn starch (½ cup)


3. Sausages (10, or as required)


4. Liquid milk (¼ cup)


5. Sugar (4tsp)


6. Eggs (2)🥚🥚


7. Baking powder (½ tsp)  


8. Skewers (20, or as required)


9. Veg.oil (for frying)


10. Salt (½ tsp)



PROCEDURES> 

(*Step 1*) Divide the sausage into two; half (Optional)


Stir fry for 5-8mins. Set aside.


(*Step 2*) Get a clean bowl, mix all other ingredients together; flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, sugar, corn flour and salt.

(Not too thick/thin; paste)



(*Step 3*) Transfer the batter into a cup🥤 (gradually) after mixing. 



Pass the skewers into the sausage

(sausages & skewers; e.g, like lollipop 🍭🍭🍭🍭🍭) 



Dip the sausage(s) into batter (one after the other; Inside the cup🥤)



Make sure the batter covers the sausage (hold the skewers, while you dip the sausage inside the batter) 


                                                                          Fry your corn dog sausages (once the oil is hot) on medium low heat until it turns brown.
