HOW TO MAKE CREAMY EGG ROLL/CREAMY EGG FRANKIE

 

Recipe>

1. Flour (2cups)


2. Veg.oil (2tsp)


3. Eggs (2 or more)


4. Onions (chopped)


5. Cabbage (chopped)


6. Salt (¼tsp)


7. Red chili flakes (¼tsp)


8. Red chilli pepper powder (¼tsp)


9. Mayonnaise.


PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Get a clean bowl, add your flour and veg.oil;

Mix properly, add some drops of water, mix together to form a soft dough.

Set aside for few minutes.


(*Step2*) After 15minutes, soften the dough with both hands and divide.

Roll out each of the dough on work surface;

Flatten it using your finger tips (form a pizza round shape) before using your rolling pin.


(*Step3*) Put your frying pan on medium low flame for some minutes.

After that, place your dough on the pan and allow to cook on both side (make sure it's well cooked before flipping)


(*Step4*) while cooking, grease the dough on both side and cook evenly.

After the dough has been cooked. 

Turn off the heat and set aside.


(*Step5*) FOR THE FILLING

**Get your frying pan, add some veg. oil (2tsp) on a medium low heat. 

Add your onions, cabbage, salt, red chilli flakes; stir fry and combined all together.

After some minutes,  turn off the heat.

Set aside in a clean plate.


(*Step6*) Get another clean bowl; whisk your eggs, add some red chilli pepper or powder and salt (pinch). Incorporate all together.

**On a medium low heat, add your veg.oil (2tsp) pour in your egg mixture (inside the frying pan) and spread evenly;

**place your cooked dough (from Step4*) on the frying egg to merge up together, flip and cook, flip again and put out in a plate.


(*Step7*) FOR THE SERVING:

**Apply mayonnaise on the egg dough, add the filling (from step5*) in the middle (center), fold it up.

**Your creamy egg roll is ready


**Serve with any cold drink.
