1. All purpose flour (2cups)
2. Corn starch (1cup)
3. Milk (1cup), beer (1/2cup)
4. Baking powder (1/2tsp)
5. water(¼cup)
6. White and black pepper
7. Onions (sweet big onions)
8. Bread Crumbs.
PROCEDURES (1ST METHOD)
**Slice your onions into a big round circle size(s); separate the rings (onions) on different batches.
**Next, make your batter -> get a clean bowl, pour in your flour, corn starch, dry pepper, white pepper, salt and mix together.
Add your cup of milk or water for smooth batter (not too thick/thin).
**2ND METHOD, Slice your onions into a big round circle size(s); separate into different batches.
**Next, make your batter - get a clean bowl, pour in your flour, add some salt, white pepper/black pepper, baking powder and mix together.
**Add a cup of beer into your flour and mix together to get a smooth result (not to thick/thin).
**IN CONCLUSION (both method)
Dip your onions ring into your batter (ensure to cover every part) with a fork.
Coat the batter onions into your bread crumbs (get a small plate, add a pinch of salt to your bread crumbs and stir)
Repeat the process again (dip into the batter)
And fry on a medium low heat until it golden brown.
