HOW TO MAKE DOUGHNUTS BREAD

 Recipe>

1. Flour (1cup)


2. Yeast (1tsp)


3. Lukewarm milk (½ cup)


4. Melted butter (2tsp)


5. Eggs (2)


6. Vanilla (¼ tsp)


7. Sugar (¼ cup)


8. Cinnamon powder (optional)


9. Salt (1/2tsp)



PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Get a clean big bowl;

Add the lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast.

Mix together and set aside until it turns frothy.


(*Step2*) Get another clean bowl, add the eggs, salt, vanilla, melted butter, cinnamon powder. Stir and combined.

Add your flour (bit by bit), and add the yeast mixture (from *Step1*)

Stir and incorporate all together; make a fine dough


(*Step 3*) Knead on a floured surface (sprinkle some flour and knead for some minutes)

Put the dough in bowl; keep in a warm place to double in size (30-45mins)

(*Step 4*) Sprinkle some flour on the smooth surface;

Roll out the dough.

Use a round cutter to cut out the doughnut size, and another small cutter to cut out the middle part; form a doughnut size shape

(Do the same for all)

Arrange dough in a  tray; keep in a warm place to rise again (10-15mins)

(*Step5*) Fry on medium low heat until both sides are brown.

After frying, coat your doughnut with sugar and cinnamon powder (mix sugar and cinnamon powder in a plate)

*OR* mix liquid milk, sugar glaze, and granulated sugar in a plate (not to thick/thin);

Dip in your doughnut (both sides).
