HOW TO MAKE FRIED RICE

Recipe>

1. Rice (2cups)


2. Blended green bell pepper


3. Mixed vegetables (chopped; carrot, green and red bell pepper, spring onions)


4. Onions (chopped)


5. Ginger and garlic (paste/powder)


6. White pepper, seasoning powder


7. Cooked liver (diced)


8. Sweet corn


9. Prawn


10. Veg.oil and salt.


PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Get a clean pot, heated on medium low heat;

Add some veg.oil, onions, ginger and garlic. Stir and combined together.

Add the rice (already washed), blended green bell pepper, broth/stock, white pepper, seasoning powder, curry and thyme. Stir and combined together (with a spatula)

Cover with lid and allow cooking till tender.

(*Step2*) Get a frying pan, heated on a medium flame;

Add some veg.oil (2tsp), seasoned prawn, and stir fry for few minutes;

Put in a plate and set aside.

(*Step3*) Get another pot, add some veg.oil (4tsp), onions, mixed vegetables, season powder and liver.

Stir fry all together.

(*Step 4*) Add the green bell pepper, seasoned prawn, stir and combined together.

Add your cooked rice (bit by bit) from *Step1* 

Stir and combined together with a spatula.

Add the sweet corn, allow cooking for some minutes (2mins). Turn off the heat.

Food is ready.
