1. Plantain (ripe)


2. Scotch bonnet pepper


3. Onions


4. Ginger


5. Cloves


6. Salt (to taste)



PROCEDURES> 

(*Step1*) Combined the onions, scotch bonnet pepper, ginger and cloves (small quantity)


Blend all together.


(*Step2*) Get a clean bowl; cut the plantain (into tiny slices)


And add the blend pepper and salt. 


Mix and combined with the plantain; set aside for some minutes (15-20mins)


Fry until it turns golden brown (on medium low heat)


Serve with peanuts and diced spring onions (optional)
