Recipe>
1. Chicken wings (2lbs)
2. Lemon juice (2tsp)
3. Garlic gloves(crushed)
4. Dry pepper (1tsp)
5. Veg.oil (2tsp)
6. Curry and thyme (½ tsp, optional)
7. Salt (to taste)
PROCEDURES>
(*Step1*) Place your wings (chicken) in a bowl;
Add the lemon juice, garlic and pepper.
Sprinkle some salt and veg. oil (2tsp)
Stir and incorporate all together.
(*Step2*) Marinate for 2hours in a room temperature (stir occasionally to keep coated)
Wings maybe barbecued (basting occasionally, making it slightly wet)
**Or placed in a sauce pan and bake for 30minutes.
