HOW TO MAKE MEATBALLS/MEAT BALL SAUCE

Recipe>

1. Meat (beef)


2. Onions (chopped)


3. Eggs (1or2)


4. Tomato and pepper mix


5. Dry pepper (grounded)


6. Garlic and ginger powder (optional)


7. Curry and thyme (1/2tsp)


8. Veg.oil


9. Seasoning and salt.


PROCEDURES> 

(*Step1*) Get a clean bowl; cut your meat into smaller sizes;

Pour into the blender and blend.

Your minced meat is ready.


(*Step2*) Get a clean bowl;

Add the minced meat, some ginger and garlic, dry pepper, onions and eggs.

Mix thoroughly (with a spatula) and set aside.


(*Step 3*) Wash your hands, scoop out little portion of some meat mixed;

Mold into small ball(s).

After moulding; arrange the ball(s) in tray and set aside


(*Step4*) On  medium low heat;

Place your frying pan, add some veg.oil and allow getting hot.

Drop the meat ball(s) leave to fry (don't over crowd the pan) and pick out when it’s ready.

Set aside.


(*Step5*) Pour  some veg.oil (small quantity) in a fresh pan;

Add some chopped onions, pepper and tomato mix, and  salt (pinch), seasoning, curry and other spices (add some drops of water; if necessary)

Stir and leave to fry for some minutes (15-20mins)


(*Step 6*) Drop your meat ball(s) from *step 4*

Let it simmer a bit; Turn off the heat

Your meat ball sauce is ready.

You can serve with spaghetti or rice.
