HOW TO MAKE NATIVE COCONUT RICE

 Recipe> 

1. Rice (1½ cup)


2. Coconut oil (2 or 3tsp)


3. Coconut milk (1cup)


4. Onions (chopped)


5. Dried fish/smoke fish


6. Seasoning, salt


7. Crayfish (blend)


8. Scotch bonnet pepper (chopped)



PROCEDURES> 

(*Step1*) On medium low heat;

Place your pot; add some coconut oil, onions and scotch bonnet pepper. Stir fry for 3-5mins. 


Add the coconut milk, salt and seasoning. 


Cover with lid and allow to boil



(*Step2*) Add your rice (already washed and clean)


Add smoked fish and crayfish (add more water or coconut milk if needed). 


Stir and combined with spatula.


Cover with lid and cook until rice softens and liquid dries up.



(*Step3*) Once the rice is well cooked, stir and incorporate rice together to balance the taste. 


After some minutes, turn off the heat.


Serve and enjoy with friends and family!.
