HOW TO MAKE OJOJO (WATER YAM FRITTERS)

Recipe>

1. Water yam (cut into chunks)


2. Onions (chopped)


3. Chili flakes


4. Seasoning cube/salt


5. Veg.oil 



PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Get a clean bowl; 

Grate the water yam into the bowl, add some chili flakes, salt, seasoning cube and onions. 

Stir and combined together.


(*Step2*) Grease your palm with veg.oil

Scoop the batter with your palm and drop in the hot oil (fry on medium low heat) 

Enjoy with friends and family!.
