HOW TO MAKE PANCAKE ROLLS WITH CHICKEN πŸ”πŸͺ

 Recipe>

1. All purpose flour (2cups)


2. Eggs (4)πŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯šπŸ₯š


3. Liquid Milk (2cups)


4. Sugar (3-4tsps)


5. Salt and baking powder  (½ tsp)


6. Onions, scotch bonnet pepper and spring onions (chopped)


7. Chicken (shredded)


8. Green and red bell pepper (chopped)


9. Veg.oil/ butter




PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl;

Whisk your eggs (2)πŸ₯šπŸ₯š


Add salt, sugar and milk. Stir together.


Add your flour (bit by bit) and baking powder. Stir and combine all together

(The batter should be smooth and light). Set aside.



(*Step 2*) Get another clean bowl;

Whisk your eggs (2) πŸ₯šπŸ₯š

Add some chopped onions, bell pepper, spring onions, chicken (shredded) and salt.


Stir and combined all together.


On a preheated frying pan; add some veg.oil/ butter

Once the oil is hot, pour in your batter (from *Step1*) with a measure spoon/cup


After some minutes; add the egg mixture (from *step2*) on the surface of the pancake while still cooking through


When it’s getting brown on the other side, flip and turn over



(*Step 3*) Once the pancake is ready; place on a parchment paper (in a tray) and roll.


You can cut into different sizes with a bread knife.
