HOW TO MAKE PLANTAIN FRITATA

 Recipe>

1. Plantain 5 (nicely diced)


2. Eggs (3 or 4)


3. Onions (chopped), garlic (crushed)


4. Tomatoes, red and yellow pepper (chopped strip ////)


5. Beef sausage (diced)


6. Curry, thyme, chili pepper, salt


7. Vegetable oil.



PROCEDURES>

 (*Step1*) Add some veg.oil (2teaspoon) into the frying pan, on medium low heat;


Add the chopped onions, garlic (crushed), also add your chopped tomatoes and beef sausage.


Stir and combine all together.


(*Step2*) Add the curry powder, thyme, season cubes, and salt to taste.


For some colors, add the red and yellow bell pepper strips.


Stir and combine together.


Turn off the heat immediately. Set aside. 


(*Step3*) Get a clean bowl, crack your eggs, add a pinch of salt (whisk together). 


Transfer your filling (from step1 & 2) into the eggs mix.


Grease your pan with some vegetable oil or butter (on a medium low heat)


(*Step4*) Transfer the egg mixture into your pan and cover the whole surface with the dice plantain;


Add some red and yellow pepper strips (to add some colour) 


Cover with lid and allow to cook on a very low heat (8 -10 minutes).
