HOW TO MAKE PLANTAIN FRITTERS (KLAKO)

 Recipe>

1. Plantain (ripe, 4 or as required)


2. Flour (1cup)


3. Baking powder (½ tsp)


4. Onions (chopped)


5. Ginger and garlic powder (½ tsp)


6. Cayenne and dry pepper (1tsp)


7. Green onions (chopped)


8. Veg.oil (for frying)


9. Salt (to taste).




PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Peel and cut your plantain into smaller chunks; 


Pound in a small mortar to form batter.

Get a clean bowl, scoop the batter (plantain) inside the bowl



(*Step2*) Add your flour, green onions, baking powder, onions, salt, ginger and garlic.


Stir and combined all together.


Scoop out with a measure spoon, and pour inside the hot oil heated on medium low flame.


Fry until it turns golden brown.
