Recipe>
1. Boiled Potatoes🥔🥔🥔🥔 (mashed)
2. Corn flour (3tsp)
3. Bread crumbs (1/3 cup)
4. All purpose flour (3tsp)
5. Chili flakes (1tsp)
6. Garlic powder (1/4tsp)
7. Black pepper (1/4tsp)
8. Veg.oil
9. Salt (½ tsp).
PROCEDURES>
(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl;
Add the potatoes, garlic, chili flakes, corn flour (2tsp), bread crumbs (2tsp) and black pepper.
Stir and combined all together.
(*Step 2*) Grease your palm with veg. oil;
Scoop the size of potatoe ball you desire (with your hand; as preferred)
Make some ball(s) with your palm (by moulding; O O O O O O O O O O O). Set aside.
(*Step 3*) Get another bowl;
Add the corn flour (1tsp), plain flour (3tsp), garlic powder, chili pepper, salt and some water (not too thick/thin)
Stir and combined
Dip each potato ball(s) inside the flour mixture
After that, coat with bread crumbs (5tsps or more; in a plate)
*Repeat the process*
Fry your potato balls (once the oil is hot) on medium low heat.
*Do not overcrowd your pan*
Enjoy with friends and family!
