HOW TO MAKE POTATO (IRISH) AND VEGETABLE FRY

 Recipe> 

1. Potatoes 


2. Sausage (dice) optional


3. Carrot (chopped)


4. Green and red bell pepper (chopped)


5. Onions (chopped) 


6. Green beans


7. Dry pepper (grounded)


8. Seasoning/ Maggi cube


9. Ginger powder and thyme


10. Veg.oil and salt.


PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Peel the potatoes, cut into cube sizes;


Wash and pour into a pot of boiling water (on a medium low heat)


Add some salt and leave to partially boil (5minutes)


When it’s lightly tender, drain with a sieve and set aside.


(*Step2*) Get a clean pan, add some veg.oil (small quantity) 


Fry your sausage (if you have any)


Pick out and set aside.


Leave the veg. oil in the pan; add the potatoes (gently spread out) 


Leave to crisp on one side before flipping. 


(*Step3*) When it’s lightly crispy, add your veggies (onions, green beans, carrots, red and green bell pepper)


Some ginger powder, thyme, dry pepper, salt and seasoning. 


Stir and combined together (add the sausage)


Allow to simmer for some minutes (2-5mins)


Turn off the heat


Serve and enjoy with friends and family!.
