HOW TO MAKE POTATO ROLL SAMOSA (easy potato snacks)

 

Recipe>
1. All purpose flour (1cup)


2. Potatoes (5 -6; mashed)


3. Corn flour (3tsp)


4. Black cumin, dry pepper, green chili


5. Onions (chopped)


6. Veg.oil


7. Salt


8. Season cube.



PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl;

Add the flour, some salt (pinch), black cumin and veg.oil.
Mix together.


Add some water (bit by bit) to make semi dough.


Set aside and cover for few minutes.


(*Step 2*) Get another clean bowl; add the mashed potatoes, onions, dry pepper, salt, corn flour (3tsp), green chili, and season cube.

Mix all together until you get a smooth result.


(*Step 3*) Grease your palm with veg. oil and scoop the potato into your palm; make some ball(s)  (O O O O O O O O)


Back to our dough (from *step1*), cut out some size and place on a chopping board; roll and cut out into a long length ( 5-6inch /  /  /  /  / )

After cutting out all the dough,


Place each potato ball(s)  (from *Step3*) on the dough (/o,   /o,   /o,  /o)

Fold up together to cover up well.


(*Step 4*) Put a toothpick at the end part of the dough to hold it firmly.


Fry your potato dough (when the oil is hot) on  medium low heat.
