Recipe>
1. All purpose flour (450gm)
2. Sugar (50gm)
3. Unsalted butter (80gm)
4. Eggs (2)🥚🥚
5. Milk(1cup)
6. Double cream(50ml)
7. Baking powder (1/2tsp)
8. Salt (pinch)
9. Water (1tsp).
PROCEDURES>
(*Step1*) Get a clean bowl, crack the eggs and a tsp of water and whisk lightly. Set aside.
(*Step2*) Another clean bowl, Sieve the flour and baking powder, add some salt and butter.
Use your finger tips lightly and rub the butter in with your hand until the mixture looks like a dried bread crumbs.
(*Step3*) Add the beaten egg mixture (from step1) to the flour mixture. Add some double cream and enough milk to moisten.
(*Step4*) Gather the dough into a ball and bring it out on a floured surface table and roll gently into a thick flatten shape.
(*Step5*) Use a round cutter to cut out the shape size for all.
Arrange the dough on a grease tray, brush the top with milk and egg cloves (mixed together)
Bake for 5mins.
