HOW TO MAKE SEASHELL DOUGH/SEASHELL CHICKEN PIE

 Recipe>

1. Flour (1cup)


2. Chicken chunks (boneless)


3. Pepper flakes (1tsp)


4. Seasoning cube


5. Sugar (4tsp)


6. Butter (2tsp)


7. Eggs (2)


8. Baking powder (½ tsp)


9. Veg.oil (2tsp)


10. Salt (½ tsp)


11. Veggies (Carrot, Cabbage, Bell pepper and Onions;  Chopped)



PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) *FOR THE FILLING*  Get your  frying pan; add the veg.oil (on medium low heat)

Add the chicken chunks. Stir fry.

Add the seasoning cubes, pepper flakes and spice (keep stirring)

Add your veggies; stir and combined all together (the filling should not exceed 3-5mins to cook)

Don’t overcook your veggies.

Turn off the heat and set aside.


(Step 2*)  *FOR  DOUGH* Get a clean bowl;

Add all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt)

Add butter; mix together.

Add some water (bit by bit); knead together for some minutes; form a dough.

Cover and allow to  rest for 10minutes.



(*Step3*)  On a smooth surface;

Roll and cut out the dough (oval shape).

Make use of your folk (cutleries) to create a design at the edge of the dough.

Pinch the middle (to divide the dough)


(*Step3) Add your fillings from *Step1* to the surface;

Cover and seal the edges together (the fork design should be at the top side of the sealing).

Brush dough with egg wash (whisk  eggs in a small plate).

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 - 25mins


*OR* put a stove rack inside aluminum pot

place the baking tray on the rack top and allow to bake for 25- 30mins (on medium low heat)
