Recipe>
1. Sweet potato
2. All purpose flour
3. Veg.oil.
PROCEDURES>
(*Step1*) Boil your potato.
After boiling, mashed together with folk while it’s still hot.
(*Step2*) Get another clean bowl; Add some flour and mashed potatoes (from step1), mix together with your hand to get a smooth results (form a dough).
(*Step3*) Get a clean chopping board/ smooth surface;
Sprinkle some flour, place your dough on it, roll and cut into six (6) sizes (or more) and make balls.
(*Step4*) Dip (ball dough) into flour and roll out to create a perfect round shape (not to thick/thin).
(*Step5*) Grease your pan with veg. oil on a low heat and place in your potato flat bread to cook through (allow to cook through before flipping)
(*Step6*) Once that is ready, place a clean napkin in a bowl before putting your flatbread (Roti) to keep it warm and soft.
