HOW TO MAKE UNRIPE PLANTAIN PORRIDGE

 Recipe> 

1. Plantain (diced)


2. Palm oil (1 or 2 cooking spoon)


3. Onions (chopped) 


4. Tomatoes (chopped)


5. Dry fish, season cubes and ugwu leaf


6. Curry& thyme (1/2tsp)


7. Blended pepper (bonnet pepper, onions, bell pepper), ginger& garlic (optional).


8. Dry pepper (1tsp)


9. Salt (to taste)


PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Get a clean pot, add the palm oil (make sure the flame is on medium low heat).


Add the chopped onions and stir for 30 seconds;


(*Step2*) Add the tomatoes and pepper (blended).


Incorporate all together. 


Add your dry fish, dry pepper, curry & thyme and salt (to taste).


Stir together and cover up for few minutes to cook through.


(*Step3*) After some minutes; Add your plantain, stir and combined. 


Allow to cook through for few minutes. 


Cover with lid. 


(*Step4*) Once the plantain is ready; you can mashed  with your spatula (optional) and add your ugwu leaf.


Incorporate all together. 


Turn off the heat.


 Food is ready!.
