Recipe>
1. Yam (cube sizes)
2. Plantain (small sizes)
3. Onions (chopped)
4. Blend pepper (tomatoes, onions and scotch bonnet pepper)
5. Smoked fish
6. Ugwu leaf (pumpkin)
7. Crayfish (blend)
8. Season powder
9. Palm oil and salt.
PROCEDURES>
(*Step 1*) Get a clean pot;
Add some amounts of palm oil; 1 or 2 cooking spoon (on medium low heat)
Add the onions and stir fry for some minutes.
Add the blend pepper; keep stirring
Add some seasoning powder, water (little) crayfish, smoke fish and some salt to taste.
Stir and combine all together
(*Step 2*) Add the yam; .cover with lid and allow to cook through.
Once the yam is cooked; add your plantain
Stir and combine together
Cover with lid to cook through for some minutes. 5-10mins
(*Step 3*) Add the scent leaf; also add some ugwu leaves to garnish your combo.
Stir and combine together
Cover the lid for 1 or 2mins.
Turn off the heat; Food is ready!
Serve and enjoy with friends and family!.
