HOW TO MAKE APPLE 🍎DOUGH

Recipe>

1. All purpose flour (1 cup)

 

2. Sugar (½ cup)


3. Yeast (1tsp)


4. Eggs (2)πŸ₯šπŸ₯š


5. Butter (100g)


6. Apple 🍎🍎🍎(2 or 3, Big size; Diced)


7. Brown sugar (1cup)


8. Warm water (1cup)


9. Salt (pinch)





PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl; add the flour, sugar (½ cup), yeast, butter, eggs and warm water (bit by bit)


Mix all together to form dough. 


Cover with a kitchen nylon in a warm/room temperature for the dough to double in size (rise) for 30-45mins.



(*Step 2*) on medium low heat, add some water(few drops), brown sugar (½ cup)


Stir and combine, add the diced apple and stir together for few minutes.  


Turn off the heat and set aside in a bowl. 



*Back to Step 1* our dough should be ready now.


(*Step 3*) Knead the dough for few minutes on a smooth and floured surface



Roll into a log and cut into equal sizes (6, 8, or as required)



(*Step 4*) Fold each of the dough into a round ball size with your palms (O O O O O O O O O).


Roll out each ball (with your rolling pin)


Make it flat to form a circle shape.



(*Step 5*) Add the apple mixture (*from step2*) in the middle and fold it up with your hand; 


Close edges tightly and flatten dough with your palm.


(Do the same for the rest dough).



Arrange all on a tray and cover with a clean napkin (allow to rise for 10-15mins).



(*Step 6*) On medium low heat, grease your pan with some veg.oil and place the dough on it.  



Allow to cook through for 10mins (cover with lid)


Once its turned  brown, flip over and allow other side to cook for 5mins (cover the lid).
