Recipe>
1. Eggs (5)π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯
2. Tomatoes( ¼cup chopped)
3. Black pepper
4. Salt (½ tsp)
4. Onions ( ¼ cup chopped)
5. Green chilli
6. Carrot π₯π₯π₯ (chopped)
7. Sweet corn
PROCEDURES>
(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl;
Whisk the eggs, add some salt, black pepper and combined
Add your tomatoes , onions, carrotsπ₯π₯, green chilli and sweet corn π½π½.
Mix all together.
(*Step 2*) Get your muffin cups ready, grease (thoroughly) with veg.oil or butter.
Use your measure spoon/cup to pour in your egg mixture into the muffin cups for equal size(s)
(3/4 level is okay; to avoid spill over)
After filling all the muffin cups; place the muffin tray inside a heated pot with a layer ( a stainless plate or rack)
(*Step 3*) Put in your muffin cups on top of the layer (allow to hot for 10mins before placing the muffin cups)
Cover the pot and allow your eggs to mould for 15-20mins.
*OR* You can as well bake in an oven.
Bake for 10-15mins
