HOW TO MAKE FISH ROLLS

 Recipe>

1. Flour (1 cup)


2. Flaked fish (as preferred)


3. Yeast (1tsp)


4.Butter (2 tsp)


5. Sugar (1/2 cup)


6. Spring onions and pepper (chopped)


7. Spices and seasoning cube.


8. Veg.oil and salt.




PROCEDURES> (*For the filling*)

Stir fry the spring onions, pepper and spices for 2mins.


Allow to cool; and add fish, salt, seasoning and some water (small quantity)


Allow to cook through and set aside (cook until it thicken).



*FOR THE DOUGH*

Get a small bowl; add the yeast, sugar and some warm water.  


Stir and set aside for 8-10mins.


Get another big bowl; add the flour, butter and salt. 


Mix until it becomes crumbs. 


Add the yeast mixture to the flour;


Mix until a dough is formed (you can add little water if necessary) 


Place in a warm place or room temperature to rise (30-40mins).


Bring out the dough; cut into small sizes (O O O O O O O) 


Roll out each (dough) with a rolling pin and add *the filling* and roll/ fold it up 


Fry (once the oil is hot) until it turns golden brown.


Enjoy with friends and family.
