Recipe>
1. All purpose flour (2cups)
2. Salt (1tsp)
3. Eggs (2)🥚🥚
4. Melted butter
5. Water
PROCEDURES>
(*Step 1) Get a clean bowl; add your flour, salt and stir.
Crack the eggs and mix together with your palm
Add some water for smooth and perfect dough
After mixing the dough; put in a clean bowl, cover with a kitchen nylon
Set aside in a room temperature for minutes (30mins).
Bring out the dough, cut into equal sizes ( O O O O O O O O )
After cutting into equal sizes; use your palm to form a ball with the dough, and then flatten with your palm.
After that, you can spread out with your rolling pin
After spreading, grease with melted butter to cover the surface, sprinkle your flour, and then fold like roti
(Do the same for all)
Keep in the refrigerator for 20mins.
Bring it out and spread with your rolling pin
Spread your purified butter on the surface and place it like that on your pan heated on a medium low flame, allow cooking through before flipping over to other side (spread your butter on the other side after you flip). Enjoy!.
