HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SAMOSA

Recipe>

1. Flour (1cup) 


2. Boneless chicken (cut and blend)


3. Onions (chopped)


4. Ginger and ginger (chopped)


5. Curry, white pepper


6. Pepper sauce, paprika


7. Peas, parsley


8. Melted butter 


9. Sugar


10. Warm water (as required)


11. Veg. oil and salt.





PROCEDURES> *FOR THE FILLING*

(*Step 1*) On medium low heat; add some veg.oil, onions, ginger and garlic.


Stir fry for some minutes 


Add the curry, paprika, white pepper, cayenne and pepper sauce. 


Stir fry for some minutes.


Add the blend chicken (continue stirring)


Add the peas, parsley and sprinkle some salt

Stir and combined for some minutes.


Turn off the heat and set aside.



(FOR THE DOUGH)

(*Step 2*) Get a clean bowl; add the flour, sugar and salt.

Stir and combined together. 


Add some warm water (bit by bit) alongside with your melted butter. 


Stir and combined together, mix together to form  dough (make use of  your hand ✋)

Knead for some minutes


Mould together, cut into small chunks (O O O O O O O) 


Roll out each of the dough with a rolling pin.


After rolling out the dough; add your filling *from Step1* 


Fold it up into a triangular shape like that of samosa ∆ ∆ ∆ ∆ ∆ ∆ ∆ ∆ ∆ ∆


(Do the same for the rest dough).


In a small container, mix flour and water (make a thick paste)


Use it to rub the edges of the dough before folding it up so they don’t fall off/loose shape into the hot oil.


Fry on medium low heat (once the oil is  hot)


*OR* bake in a preheated oven for 20mins.
