HOW TO MAKE SCOTCH EGG🥚🥚🥚🥚

Recipe>

1. Flour (½ cup)


2. Bread crumbs/corn flakes crumbs (blend)


3. Boiled eggs 🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚( as you required)


4.Sausages (6, blend together with onions, curry and thyme)


5. Beaten eggs (2 in a bowl)


6. Veg.oil ( for frying)





PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*) Get a clean small bowl; season your beaten eggs and breadcrumbs/ cornflakes 


(In a separate bowl).



(*Step 2*) Get another clean bowl to put the sausage meat and season your flour 


(In another separate bowl) 



(*Step 3*) Take out your boiled egg, dip into your flour, and coat. 



(*Step 4*) After coating with flour, scoop out some amount of sausages to cover up the egg



(*Step 5*) After covering with sausage meat, dip into the egg mixture (cover every parts)



(*Step 6*) Bring it out and cover with bread crumbs or corn flakes crumbs ( your choice) 



*NB* do the same for the remaining eggs and sausage meat. 


Fry on medium low heat


*Make sure the oil is hot before frying so as not to burn the sausage.
