HOW TO MAKE SPICY HASH BROWNS

Recipe>

1. Potatoes πŸ₯”πŸ₯”πŸ₯”πŸ₯”


2. Eggs (2)πŸ₯šπŸ₯š


3. Onions (chopped)


4. Garlic powder, black and white pepper


5. Fresh coriander/green pepper (chopped )


6. All purpose flour


7. Red chilli pepper


8. Shredded cheese 


9. Salt.




PROCEDURE> (1ST METHOD)

1. Grate your potatoes with a manual grater and soak in cold water.


After some minutes, rinse out the shredded potatoes with ice cold water and put in a cloth and squeeze out water completely. 


2. After draining out the water, put them in a clean bowl, add your flour, shredded cheese, eggs, onions, garlic, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper. 


Combine and mix all together with a spatula. 



3. Use your hand to form the hash brown shape(s)


Scoop, mould and press with your palm; [] [] [] [] [] [] []


Fry on a medium low heat (ensure the veg. oil is hot before frying). 




(*2ND METHOD*)

1. Peel your potatoes and grate them, dip them into cold water. 


After some minute put the shredded potatoes into a bowl with a clean cloth under to drain out the water.


2. Add some little amount of veg. oil to the frying pan on a medium low heat, stir fry your shredded potatoes for 4-5mins.


3. Allow the potatoes to cool off, put in a clean bowl, add your onions, garlic powder, white pepper, flour, and shredded cheese, salt and stir together. 


Use your hand to form a hash brown shape(s) 


4. Scoop, mould and press with your palm; []  []  []  []  []  []



Fry on a medium low heat (ensure the veg.oil is hot before frying)
