HOW TO MAKE STUFFED POTATO🥔🥔 BALLS

Recipe>

1. Boiled potatoes (5, or as required)


2. Black pepper (1tsp)


3. Crush chili (1tsp)


4. Onions (dice/ powder)


5. Bread crumbs (3tsp)


6. Cornstarch (2tsp)


7. Salt (½tsp)


8. Minced meat: filling (cooked and garnish with veggies, stir fry and set aside in a bowl)





PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*Get a clean bowl; add the potatoes, mashed them together with a folk while it still hot. 


Add the black pepper, crush chili, onions, salt, bread crumbs and starch.


Stir and combine together with your hand.


(*Step 2*) Scoop out some little quantity of the mixture with your hand, roll to form ball(s)  (O O O O O O O O). 

(As much required)


(*Step 3*) After that, pick one of the ball, flatten with your palm, and add your filling (minced meat) in the middle, and gently fold it up and mould with your palm to form a ball

(Do the same for rest  potatoe balls).  


(*Step 4*)Dip your potato ball(s) into a flour mixture (flour and water inside a small plate, not too thick, not too thin)


Next, coat with bread crumbs (in a plate).


Arrange them all in a tray



*NB* Flour mixture_ Bread crumbs_ Deep fry.


(*Step 5*) Fry in a deep hot oil on medium low heat until turns golden brown (do not overcrowd your pan when frying).
