HOW TO MAKE BREAD 🍞🍞 BALLS

Recipe:

1. Bread (8-10 slices or required)


2. Butter (2tsp)


3. Onions (chopped)


4. Ginger and garlic paste (1tsp)


5. Tomato ketchup (2tsp)


6. Shredded chicken (1cup)


7. Roasted cumin (1tsp)


8. Mashed potatoes (1cup)


9. Coriander leaves (1tsp) 


10. Green chili (4; chopped)


11. Liquid milk (as required)


12. Salt (to taste).






PROCEDURES 

(*Step 1*) Heat your pan on medium low heat; add the butter, green chilli, ginger and garlic.


Stir and combined for some minutes.


Add the onions, some salt, tomato ketchup and shredded chicken;


Continue stirring while you add your mashed potatoes and coriander leaves.


Stir fry for some minutes.


Turn off the heat and set aside in a clean bowl.



(*Step 2*) Scoop out little amount, mould with your palms and form into balls (O O O O O O O O)


As much required (set aside in a plate)



(*Step 3*) Bring out the slice bread (make sure to cut out the edges/crust)



After that, pick out a slice of bread, deep into a small bowl of milk (add a pinch of salt to the milk, not too thick, not too thin);


And use your hand to press out the excess milk on the bread.



(*Step 4*) After doing that, take from the stir fry potato ball(s) and put in the middle of the bread



Fold it up together, and cover around with your palm/hand and form into ball


(optional; can also be coated with beaten eggs)


Do the same for the rest bread and potato ball(s) 



(*Step 5*) Fry on medium low heat in a deep hot oil until it turn brown.
