HOW TO MAKE CLASSIC BUTTER COOKIES 🍘🍘

Recipe:>

1. All purpose flour (1cup)


2. Rice flour (¾ cup)


3. Butter (salted, 100g)


4. Icing sugar (1cup)






PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl; add the butter and cream it for 2mins (use a whisk or hand beater).


Sieve the icing sugar into the creamed butter, stir and incorporate all together.


(*Step 2*) Sieve the all purpose flour and rice flour into the mixture, stir and combine all together to form dough


Divide the dough into two (2) equal parts and refrigerate for 2hours. 



(*Step 3*) After that, put them on a clean surface and break the lumps; form the cookie dough into logs ( / / ) 


Dust some flour on the surface and roll with your hand to log for both dough ( / / ).



(*Step 4*) Wrap with parchment paper and refrigerate for 5-6hour or overnight. 


Place the dough (log dough) on a smooth surface and slice about 1inch long with a kitchen knife.


Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 


Bake for 18-20mins at 170o in a preheat oven.
