HOW TO MAKE CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN πŸ”πŸ”

Recipe>

1. Chicken (drumstick)


2. Buttermilk (2cups)


3. Cornflakes (blended)


4. Plain flour (1cup)


5. Turmeric (2tsp)


 6. Seasoning


7. Dry pepper (1stp)


8. Veg.oil 


9. Salt





PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*) Wash your chicken and set aside.


Get a clean bowl; mix all the spices and salt together


Add the buttermilk.


Mix and combine together.


(*Step 2*) Put all the chicken into the mixture and incorporate well. 


Cover and marinate for 4hours.


(*Step 3*) Get another clean bowl, add the cornflakes into the flour and add all other spices and salt. 

Mix and combine well.


(*Step 4*) Put the chicken slowly (one by one) into the flour mixture and cover every part.


Put inside the water (pour some water into a small bowl) for 2secs and remove it. 


(*Step 5*) And, put inside the flour mixture again and cover every part.


Place all the chicken covered with flour in a tray. 


Deep fry on medium low heat till golden brown.
