HOW TO MAKE EGGLESS COCONUT πŸ₯₯ COOKIES 🍘🍘/ HOMEMADE WITHOUT OVEN

Recipe:>

1. All purpose flour (1cup)


2. Butter (salted or unsalted, 100g)


3. Desiccated coconut (1cup)


4. Granulated sugar (½ cup)


5. Baking powder (½ tsp)


6. Liquid milk (¼ cup)


7. Salt (pinch).





PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl, add the butter and mix until it becomes fluffy and creamy.


Add the sugar and mix until it becomes light and creamed.


(*Step 2*) Add the desiccated coconut and sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture (to avoid any lumps or formation)


Gently fold the ingredients in together to attained a crumbly texture.


(*Step 3*) Add the liquid milk (bit by bit) to combine the mixture into dough.


Knead gently for few minutes and set aside.


(*Step 4*) Cut out some little amount of dough with your hand and roll into a ball shape with your palm, and gentle flatten with both palm. 


Coat the top of the cookies dough with desiccated coconut to enhance the look

(do the same for the rest dough). 


(*Step 5*) Arrange the cookie dough on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper or grease the baking tray and dust some flour on it (to avoid sticky dough).


Refrigerate for 15mins to avoid from flattering while baking. 


Bake for 15-20mins at 150oc. 


*OR* for baking in pan/stove, add some salt to the pan and a stand or rack, cover with lid and allow to heat for 10mins.


Carefully place the cookie tray on the stand or rack and bake on low medium heat till you get a golden brown color.
