HOW TO MAKE ICE CREAM/ CREAM ICE

Recipe>

1. Liquid milk (500ml)


2. Powder milk (2tsp)


3. Corn flour (2tsp)


4. Vanilla essence (1tsp)


5. Sugar (¼ cup)


6. Any food color (a drop).





PROCEDURES>

(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl; add the corn flour, powder milk and sugar. 


Mix and combined together.


(*Step 2*) Add the liquid milk (can also covert any powder milk to liquid milk, by dissolving with warm water), add some vanilla essence for flavor.


Stir thoroughly.



(*Step 3*) Pour in a pot and boil under low medium heat for 7-10mimutes


(Continue stirring as it boils).



(*Step 4*) After boiling, let it cool (continue stirring while it cools off to prevent lumps).


Pour in a plastic tight container, cover and keep in the freezer for 3-4hours.


After cooling for hours, pour in a bowl and whisk,


(*Step 5*) Scoop out some portion (into a separate bowl), add the food color (of your choice; red/yellow etc ) into one of the bowl. 


Mix and Combined together


(*Step 6*) Finally, pour the plain and colored cream in a tight plastic container (layer them as you desire)


Cover and drop in the freezer for 7-8hours or overnight until frozen.
