HOW TO MAKE FISH ROLLS πŸ₯“πŸ₯–πŸ₯“πŸ₯–

Recipe:>

  1. Flour (1 ½ cup)


  1. Flaked fish (as much required)


  1. Yeast (1tsp)


  1. Butter (1tsp)


  1. Sugar (3-4 tsp)


  1. Spring onions and pepper (chopped)


  1. Spices and seasoning cube.


  1. Veg.oil and salt.








PROCEDURES> (for the filling)

(*Step 1*) stiir fry the spring onions, pepper and spices for 2mins.



Allow to cool; and add fish, salt, seasoning and some water ( few drops) 



Allow to cook through and set aside (cook until it thicken).




(*Step 2*) *For the dough*  In a small bowl, add the yeast, sugar and some warm water, mix and set aside for 8-10mins.


Get another big bowl, add the flour, butter and salt, mix until it becomes crumbs.



Add the yeast mixture to the flour, mix until a dough is formed (you can add little water if need) and place in a warm place or room temperature to rise (30-45mins).



Bring out the dough, cut into small sizes (O O O O O O O) roll out each with a rolling pin and add the filling (*from step 1*) and roll it up.



Fry until it turn golden brown.
