Recipe>
1. Flour (1/4 cup)
2. Cocoa powder (3-4 tsp)
3. Liquid milk (1/2 cup)
3. Sugar (2-3tsp)
4. Eggs (2)
5. Vanilla essence (1/2tsp)
6. Veg.oil (2tsp)
7. Baking powder & baking soda (½ tsp)
PROCEDURES>
(*Step 1*) Get a clean bowl;
Add all the dry ingredients together (flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and soda);
Mix thoroughly.
Add the eggs and milk.
Stir and combine (not too thick/thin)
(*Step 2*) Arrange the paper liner(s) in the muffin pan (grease the pan with some oil)
Pour batter into the liner(s) do not fill them up, ¾ level is ok (to avoid spill over)
Bake in oven, 180 degree for 15mins
*Or* place a rack in an aluminum pot on medium low heat and bake for 20mins
**You can serve with chocolate at the top*
