HOW TO MAKE MANGO ICE CREAM

 Recipe> 


1. Frozen mango (small chunks)


2. Whipping cream (250ml)


3. Condensed milk (150ml)


4. Honey (60ml, optional).


PROCEDURES>

(*Step1*) Get a clean bowl, Whisk the whipping cream. set aside.


(*Step2*) Blend the frozen mango and measure 150ml, add condensed milk and honey to the blend. 


Blend again for 1min. Pour inside a bowl. Add the whipping cream (from step1) and incorporate well. 


(*Step3*) Put in a air tight container, close well and freeze it for 8hours or overnight. 


**Serve with homemade waffles. Enjoy with friends and family.
